Service and Support

All equipment supplied through Prima LNG and our local business units is covered by full manufacturer’s guarantees and warranties.  Prima LNG works with the leading manufacturers of both cryogenic and gaseous equipment to ensure the optimum design and implementation is completed for your requirements.

Service and maintenance is offered for all customers to maintain the equipment in optimum condition throughout its operating lifetime. Local maintenance support is provided in all regions combined with 24/7 safety and emergency response. This is managed both centrally and locally to provide a fast and efficient response to all requirements.

Training is provided to all customers on commissioning of the equipment to ensure familiarity with the installation however no involvement in the equipment is required in daily activities.  All drivers are trained to check and monitor equipment during deliveries and all installations are remotely monitored through telemetry to detail stock levels, working parameters and safety features.  Gas detection is positioned on all equipment to ensure safety on site is of paramount importance.
